On 20 February 2025, Verture – the Climate Ready Clyde secretariat – joined Lanarkshire Climate Action Hub and North Lanarkshire Council/Arts for their first ever Springboard Assembly at Airdrie Town Hall to support local organisations with embedding creativity into local climate action through collaboration.
We co-presented with Culture for Climate Scotland on future climate impacts in Lanarkshire and shared examples of community climate action from across Scotland.
The Hub is part of the national network of Climate Hubs funded by Scottish Government and aims to connect, engage and empower communities in Lanarkshire in developing local solutions so that everyone can live in low carbon, resilient places.
